Practicing in our Bryn Mawr Office and Virtually

Hey everyone! I’m Erin. I’ve been a dietitian for 8 years practicing from Philly to the Hawaiian islands. If I’m not petitioning for justice for carbohydrates, you’re likely to find me drinking a pistachio latte in a cozy coffee shop, listening to true crime podcasts or spending time with my pack— my husband, baby boy, and rescue mutt.
Areas of Specialty
I have a strong clinical background & enjoy helping people tackle disordered eating & heal from chronic dieting. I especially love providing nutrition support for binge eating disorder, GI related concerns, as well as working with women through their fertility, pregnancy and postnatal journeys
My other passion is oncology nutrition. I find it very fulfilling to help people learn about the power nutrition holds in feeling their best, staying strong, preventing complications, and improving overall quality of life through cancer treatment and beyond. I have been a certified specialist in oncology nutrition for 5 years.
Nutrition Philosophy
As a nutrition provider, I strive to help clients nourish their bodies in a way that is adequate, sustainable, flexible, and enjoyable! I know how important it is to look at “the full picture” of health and am a staunch believer that HAES & intuitive eating principles can align with most chronic conditions for a non-restrictive, gentle-nutrition approach.
I honestly love to geek out about nutrition! In our sessions I often provide education on the science of food in a relaxed and approachable way, so that you fully understand the “why” behind what is happening with food in your body, as well as the nutrition plan we set together.
As someone who struggled with disordered eating during my early college years, I also understand on a deep level not only how challenging it can be to break through the noise of diet culture, but also how healing & full life is on the other side.
